Happy New Year!

Hyvää uutta vuotta! Uuden vuoden toivotukset tulee nyt hieman myöhässä. Olin nimittäin hyvin tiiviisti töissä joululoman jälkeen. Kotona ei yksinkertaisesti ehtinyt muuta tehdä kuin käydä nukkumassa. Uuden vuoden aattoiltana olin töiden jälkeen niin väsynyt, että nukahdin jo ennen raketteja! Eli vuodenvaihdos meni nukkuessa! :-D No, aina ei tarvitse tehdäkään sen ihmeempiä. Miten teidän vuodenvaihdos meni? Jos olisin ollut hereillä, olisin mennyt niitä raketteja katsomaan. Tosin täällä Helsingissä ne eivät tainneet kovin hyvin edes näkyäkään koska ilma oli mitä nyt oli.

The new year's hopes are now a bit late. I had a lot of work after Christmas holidays. I've been home only sleeping. On New Year's Eve, I was so tired after work that I fell asleep before the rockets! I was then sleeping when the year changed! :-D Well, you don't always have to do something special. How did your New Year go?

The Best is Yet to Come

Hyvää uutta vuotta! Miten teillä vuodenvaihde meni? Itse olin juhlistamassa vuoden vaihtumista ystävien kanssa Tampereella. Viikonloppuna tuli muun muassa niin syötyä ja juotua kuin polteltua tähtisädetikkujakin ;-)

Puoliltaöin katsoimme raketteja Tammerkoskella, Koskipuistossa. Mukava oli viettää vuodenvaihdos tällä kertaa (ja myös ensimmäistä kertaa) Tampereella. Sen ihmeempiä uuden vuoden lupauksia ei ole aikomus tehdä. Muutamia pieniä toiveita/haaveita toki on elämän suhteen.. Ehkä ne toteutuvat kun pitää ne omana tietonaan. Katsotaan mitä tuleva uusi vuosi tuo tullessaan. Pitäisiköhän sanonta paikkansa: Paras on vielä tulossa.. ? ♥

Happy New Year! How was your New Year's Eve? In fact, I was celebrating the new year with friends in Tampere. Weekend consisted of of eating, drinking and sparklers ;-).

At midnight we watched fireworks in the center of Tampere, rapids park. It was nice to spend the New Year at this time in a different city. For the first time in Tampere.  Special New Year's resolutions I'm not going to do. Of course, I have a few little dreams/ wishes about life.. Let's see what the upcoming new year will bring and what wishes come true this year. Whether the saying is true: The best is yet to come ..? ♥
