OHJE:
2 kpl jäisiä banaaneja pilkottuna
1 rkl raakakaakaojauhetta
1 rkl raakakaakaonibsejä
1 rkl vanilja proteiinijauhetta (esim. voimaruoka superfood-sekoitus)

Sekoita kaikki ainekset blenderissä. 
Koristele esimerkiksi kaakaonibseillä ja kookoslastuilla (tai millä haluat!)
Nauti!

Vinkit:
- Pakasta banaanit valmiiksi kuorittuina ja pilkottuina.
- Laita kaakaonibsejä koristeeksi sekä seokseen. Saat ihanaa suklaahippujäätelöä!
- Blendattuasi seoksen laita se hetkeksi pakastimeen ennen nauttimista! Toki voit syödä jäätelön heti tai tehdä kunnon satsin kerralla pakkaseen pidemmäksikin aikaa ;-) !

RECIPE:
2 frozen bananas, chopped
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Decorate with raw cacao nibs and coconut chips (or whatever you want!)
Enjoy!

Tips:
- Freeze the bananas peeled and chopped.
- Put cacao nibs for decoration as well as a mixture. You'll get a wonderful chocolate chip ice cream!
- After blending the mixture put it in the freezer for a while before enjoying ice cream. Sure you can eat ice cream right away or make a decent batch at a time in the freezer for a longer time ;-) !

SALTED CARAMEL & AVOCADO - ICE CREAM

Tällä kertaa valitsiin kuppiin jäätelömaut: Suolattu karamelli ja avokado. Suositusten perusteella otin suolatun karamellin. Sen kanssa halusin ottaa myös toisen maun jota en ollut vielä aiemmin maistanut - otin avokadon. Menin nauttimaan annokseni jäätelötehtaan ulkopuolella olevalle terassille. Sitä vastapäätä on muuten perinteinen Robert's Coffeen kahvila. Terassilta oli mukava tähyillä kadun vilinää.

Suolattu karamelli + avokado osoittautui yllättävän hyväksi makuyhdistelmäksi. Avokado oli pehmeämpi kun taas suolattu karamelli voimakkaamman makuinen. Tuo suolattu karamelli nousi heittämällä lempijäätelökseni ja Robert's Coffeen Gelato Factory parhaaksi jäätelöbaariksi. Voittaa jopa viime vuoden Italian matkalta - Rooman huippu gelateriat, heh. Tosin oli se pistaasijäätelö Roomassa kyllä aika hyvää sekin... Mutta salted caramel taitaa juuri ja juuri mennä sen ohi.  ♥

//This time I chose two ice cream flavor into the cup: Salted caramel and avocado. I took on the basis of the recommendations of salted caramel. With it, I wanted to take another taste which I had not yet tasted - it was avocado. I went to enjoy the ice-cream dose to terrace, which is on the outside. Across is Robert's Coffee café. The terrace was nice. 

 Salted caramel + avocado surprisingly turned out to be great flavor combination. Avocado was softer while the salted caramel flavor stronger. Salted caramel is now my fave ice cream and Robert's Coffee Gelato Factory as the best ice cream bar! Win up to last year's trip to Italy - and Rome's top gelaterie :-)  However, pistachio ice cream in Rome was pretty good too ... But I guess salted caramel just go past it. ♥

Best Weekend Combo: EM- Football + Yollibox

Kävimme ystäväni kanssa toukokuun lopussa Helsingin Vanhalla Ylioppilastalolla (tuttavallisemmin Vanhalla) Magnumin jäätelöbaarissa. Tästä on muodostunut meille jo pienimuotoinen kesäperinne. Salissa on paljon pöytiä ja tilaa nauttia jäätelöstä. Voi mennä myös ulos terassille tai Vanhan rappusille istumaan. Itse nautimme jäätelöt sisällä. Aiemmin en ole hirveästi välittänyt kookoksen mausta oikein missään juomissa tai syötävässä. Vasta vastikään olen alkanut siitä pitämään. Laitan usein esimerkiksi kookoshiutaleita smoothien sekaan tai pannareiden päälle. Mutta takaisin tähän jäätelöön. Kookos on tosi raikas ja piristävä maku kylmässä jäätelössä. Se on tosi hyvää ihan pelkälteen syötynä. Muutaman kerran olen laittanut lautaselle jäätelön mukaan muunmuassa mansikoita. Vain mielikuvitus ja oma maku on rajana!

Suomeen on vihdoin saatu Ruotsista peräisin olevaa Yollibox jogurttijäätelöä! Yolliboxin takana on kaksi nuorta ruotsalaista naista Sofie & Victoria. He ovat perustaneet yrityksen v.2012.

Yollibox- jogurttijäätelö valmistetaan luomuraaka-aineista. Siinä on yli 70% jogurttia ja se on vähärasvainen. Pakkaukset ovat käsintehtyjä ja kierrätettäviä. Jäätelö on tehty aidoista hedelmistä ja marjoista.

Rakastan jäätelöitä ja etenkin frozen jogurttijäätelöitä. Ne ovat olleet aina ulkomaanmatkoilla lemppareitani. Terveellistä sekä herkullista! Joten ihanaa saada uusi loistava jogurttijäätelötuote Suomenkin markkinoille. Yolliboxin pakkaus on tosi raikas, niin varmasti jäätelökin! Kävin ostamassa jogurttijäätelöä omaan pakkaseen noin viikko sitten. Piti kiertää Helsingin keskustassa useampi kauppa ennenkuin löytyi. Osasta oli loppu tai ei ollut kaikkia makuja saatavilla sillä hetkellä. Valinta tuotti kyllä vaikeuksia- minkä maun ostaisi ensi alkuun. Tulen kyllä testaamaan vielä kaikki kolme! Kerron myöhemmin mihin makuun päädyin :-)

 // Yollibox frozen yoghurt ice cream!

 We have finally get Yollibox ice cream to Finland! Behind the brand is two young swedish woman Sofie & Victoria. They have set up the company in 2012. 

 Yollibox yogurt ice cream is made from organic ingredients. It has more than 70% of yoghurt and low fat. The packaging is handmade and recyclable. Ice cream is made of real fruits and berries.

 I love ice cream, especially frozen yoghurt ice cream! It have always been my favorite one on trips abroad. Healthy and delicious! So wonderful to get a new brilliant yogurt ice cream products to Finnish market. Yollibox packaging is really fresh, certainly also the ice cream! Yogurt ice creams are not too sweet and have a different taste compared to the other ice creams. Finland has flavors: chocolate, strawberry and coconut. I can not wait to get a chance to test them all!

 Yollibox ice cream at the moment can be found in the K-Market and K-Citymarket's in Finland. Ice cream packaging are 500ml size (5,99 €). I hope in the future, may also be 100ml sizes!

 I went shopping for yogurt ice cream about a week ago. Some of the shops did not have this ice cream anymore. In the end I found it, but it was hard to choose which flavor would take! I'll tell you later what taste I ended up :-)

Päätin aloittaa jo jäätelökesän ja maistaa ensimmäiset. Kyllä, piti heti ostaa kaksin kappalein kun en osannut valita. Joten otin kuvassa olevat söpöäkin söpömmät jäätelöpuikot, vesimeloniviipaleen näköisen mehujään sekä piparkakun tai kukan mallisen lakupuikon.

Molemmat jäätelöt oli hyviä, minkä ehkä arvatakin saattoi. Erilaisia makuelämyksiä kumpikin.

Miten onkaan keksitty näin hauskan näköisiä ja hyvän makuisia jäätelöitä. Vieläpä tekemällä oivaltavasti yhdistelmiä erilaisista maui'sta. Olisipa jännää jos saisi olla kehittelemässä jäätelöitä, puhumattakaan niiden testaamisesta :-D

Toivottavasti meille tulee Suomeen lämmin kesä, jotta saadaan syödä reilusti jäätelöä! Tosin jäätelö maistuu (täällä ainakin) oli ilma mikä vain  ;-) Minkähän jäätelöistä sitä testaisi seuraavaksi...


Translation: I bought a couple of summer ice cream newness. I could not choose one I'll take, so I took them both. The other was a watermelon popsicle theme, and the other licorice. Both were so good. I cannot wait for (hot!) - summer to come, in order to eat a lot of ice cream!
